Username and password recovery

Having problems remembering your username and/or password? You've come to the right place.

Simply type your email address into the form and you'll instantly receive an email reminder of your username as well as a new temporary password. Once you login, you can change your password to whatever you wish.

Please don't ask us to e-mail your username and password: use the form to the right, or make an access request if you have never used Carefree RESNET. Our databases are heavily encrypted and protected against attack; therefore, no one, not even BOATING MADE BETTER INC. staff, knows your password.

Also, please don't e-mail us your password when reporting a problem. Your password could easily be stolen over-the-wire as the message is delivered from your computer to ours.

Finally, if you ever receive an email asking for your Carefree RESNET password, please ignore it. BOATING MADE BETTER INC. employees will never ask you for your password. Ever.
